Phantasialand

We had a great day at Phantasialand amusement park today. Most of the pictures are on the hot air balloon ferris wheel. That was Christian's favorite ride, partly because Cliff and I were able to ride with him.

Christian tried to ride this ride by himself, but once it started he wanted off. He cried a lot, and they finally stopped the ride so we could take him off. :( He wasn't quite ready yet. He wanted to go back to the hot air balloon ferris wheel. :)

When the park closed, we went to eat at a Mexican restaurant at the entrance. We were looking forward to this restaurant all day, only to find that the restaurant closed at the same time as the park. Boooo. On the way home we were going to stop to eat, but we didn't really know the area. So, using our GPS we decided to go to American Joes 3. Sounds promising, huh? :) Anyway, when we got there we were pleasantly surprised to find that it had been replaced by Q-Bar - a wonderful Mexican restaurant. Yeah!! A nice end to a good day. :)
