Christian asked to say his first prayer today. Usually we all hold hands and pray together before we eat. Christian really likes it, and will remind us if we forget. So we had finished praying and were about to eat, when Christian asked to say the prayer again. We all held hands and he said,
"Jesus... Lord God... Thank you for this food... for our body. Amen."
The entire time he kept looking up at us and smiling. He knew he was doing something important, and I think he was checking to see if he was doing it right. It was an absolutely precious moment. I'm so proud of my baby boy. :)
